request: Frost staff blocking

Can we get some animation and effect changes? Rather than holding the stick out in front of you, blocking with a frost staff should make it look like you're creating a magic ward with it, similar to the ward spell in skyrim, though preferably with an ice effect.

Makes sense,you're using magicka to block, you should be casting a magic shield
