Missing Crown Crates

Today I bought 2 bundles of 4 crown crates from the crown store. I got a UI error message when opening crates. I could not close the error and exited the interface by pressing escape. When I went back to open more crates I was missing a crate. In total out of the 8 crates I opened 4 of them vanished. Also i would get the error when trying to convert items i had gotten from crates and could not convert them to gems.
Anyone else had this problem? I have submitted a ticket. The addons that was causing the issue was inventory grid view.

Not something I have heard of anyone else having nor had myself (using the add-on myself as well) hopefully support can solve the issue for you and give back the crates though.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
