Game launcher sucks, help me fix it

1. dare not to move this to the CUSTOMER SUPPORT threats. because it will rot there forever without solving.
2. I applologize for my harsh tone but I've had enough of this...
Since I bought this game at laucher until this damn day, you haven't fixed the stupid luncher!? I reinstalled this game literally 5-8 times or so since I bought it because of the stupid launcher and yet I am still having issues with it.. EVERY update causes the launcher to crash or have an error one of 10 kinds of error codes pop up and *** it all.
and YES I already tried every *** artical you have written and every video you have uploaded into youtube for customer support and it didn't work!
when homestead came live I tried to update the game couple days ago but I had an error which prevented me from updating-repairing or doing anything in my launcher, so I uninstalled the whole game and tried to start fresh installation hoping it will fix the damn error, but nope I must have another issue. ok.. i will calm down and try to explain my issue, hopefully this will make u think about fixing the luncher ONCE AND FOR ALL. because ESO is the only game I played in my whole life which i had to reinstall the damn game or have to try 100 troubleshoting everytime an update comes live.
so after I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the launcher, INSTALL button appears and I click it and it turns to PAUSE but my download won't start and it stays at 0%.
these are what I already tried:
deactivate antivirues and firewall..
starting the launcher as administrator..
uninstall and reinstalling the luncher..
restarting PC.. obviously..
reboting my modem..
removing ProgramData file inside launcher folder and reopening the launcher..
and many other attempts of articals and posts which i don't remember..
note : there is no repair bottum in the launcher settings or anywhere else..
now that I wrote this, i will sit and wait for a good solution hopefully u will forgive me for my harsh and angry mood.
