Enchants on DW Swords w/Magicka Build?

Using DW Swords on a Magicka build for increased Spell Damage... do enchants proc off non-DW ability attacks or would they only proc from Basic DW attacks? I'm just debating whether I should even invest in enchants for the new set of Sharpened DW Swords I crafted for my Magplar.

Proc off wep attacks only. Might as well have something on them in case you swing them on a bad bar swap. But don't waste a Kuta lol

I put a Weapon Damage enchantment on mine, since it boosts Spell damage as well and I try to weave in light attacks with it when I'm using Puncturing Sweeps in melee range, as I was under the impression from a video I saw that a magplar gets better damage by weaving those in.

It's still a good idea to attack weave with DW, both to proc enchants and to build ultimate.

OP, to answer your question, I use weapon damage and crusher. It's a good boost to both my DPS and my group's.
