Gina posted that the digital pre-order will be avialable until it is released. However the physical editions are only available while stocks last.

The pre-order option for Morrowind *should* become unavailable the moment it officially launches.

NOTE: If you are a PS4 player and plan on upgrading to Morrowind digitally, I highly recommend doing it asap. You get an awesome PS4 theme!
