Campaign Resets?

Hello,
I read the FAQ and searched online but I can't seem to find an answer to my questions.
Do all campaigns of the same length reset on the same timer? For example, if I set my home and guest campaign as Skull of Corruption and Haderus (both 7 days long) will they reset at the exact same time? If so, what day/time of the week is that? And is that day the same across PC and consoles?
Additionally, the FAQ says that if your campaigns are full you can join the campaign of a group member, even if it's not your home or guest. Do your campaigns HAVE to be full before it allows this or can you do it anytime?
