For example, the Warden class is available like all other races if you want to start a new adventure through One Tamriel (Dominion, Ebonhart or Covenent)

Yes, I'm like 99.9% sure that you can, as Morrowind will work like say Wrothgar, but larger and with more features.

Yes you can. All Morrowind does is add the Vvardenfell zone along with the relevant stories to the game. The base game is still there and can still be accessed normally when you start a new character should you not want to dive right into Morrowind

Whether or not your start directly in the original game after the new tutorial I am not sure, but you should be able to to head right back and play it even if you start in Morrowind.

They did also say there will be a new tutorial which will start characters off in Morrowind instead of the base game maps. But I assume that will be optional - like you currently choose an alliance and choose whether to play the Wailing Prison or skip it you'll be able to choose whether to start in Morrowind or not.

I'm interested to know that now, I wonder if they ask at character creation which story you want to start in, or if they just default it to Morrowind now because it's the newest story.

Maybe a question for the next ESO Live.

Well apparently Morrowind will be on the PTS at some point so I assume we'll find out then, if it doesn't get explained before.

I can't see them forcing you to start in Morrowind if you have the expansion. Yes I know you can just use a wayshrine as soon as you arrive but I can guarantee some people will be furious that their immersion is ruined by having to do that and will claim they can never start a new character because of it so making it a choice seems like the obvious thing to do.

This is the same company that change the story progression from

"Prison > Island > City" to "Prison > City (optional island)" at launch then reverted back to "Prison > Island > City" two years later.

I love ZOS but they make really weird choices sometimes.
