Not an argument they'll accept. They're very strict on enforcing forums rules in regards to naming and shaming or showing exploits.
The best bet you have is to try and get the video into the hands of a developer/moderator in hopes it gets passed onto the team who deal with it.
Submit a generic ticket if you can about cheating and link all the material there and hope. ZOS doesn't have very easy or fast methods to report things like this sadly.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

Send the video in a support ticket, edit your post and pull it off and you will save yourself anywhere from a sternly worded email to ban, yourself.
After all naming and shaming is strictly forbidden in the TOS.
