@Sheezabeast So why didn't they take the house back, and return all the items I bought and crafted upon the moment of giving me back my crowns? I was swindled and robbed. And no. Nothing is in my crown store purchased tab. Not a damn thing. Literally everything was wiped. EVERYTHING.

So what am I supposed to do now that I'm assed out of the tons of crowns I bought for the house, AND on the items I purchased from the crown store for my house? WTF am I supposed to do about the in-game gold I spent on my house, and crafted items I created after farming for materials for hours on end? WTF am I supposed to do? The paintings that I had to seek out person-by-person, because they were purples and rare drops. As well as other rare blueprints and all that. Thus costing me LOTS of gold and patience to track down and buy. Hm?

Are you trolling? Look at that tab. That's the PURCHASE tab. Meaning you go there to PURCHASE items. Not the items that you already purchased. And I'll be damned if I re-buy all the crap I had with even more money to these dudes. You're out of your mind. If I go to my gallery, all that is there are trophies which were acquired via beating trials and dungeons. That's it. Nothing else. Want a screen shot of that? Because I'll happily take 1.

Tell you what. Let it happen to you. Let all of the gold, crowns, and rare items you've acquired disappear. Then you sit there calmly, and be cool-headed about it. Let all the real life dollars and time you've spent appear to mean nothing, and carry on as if nothing happened to you. My money? Means a LOT to me. My time? Means a LOT to me. It would be 1 thing, if weren't real life cash involved. Or even then, only a couple of bucks here and there. But clearly you have no idea just how much money was involved. And thus it's easy to sit back and make posts like you are. Plus it's not happening to you.

Look, you're probably just going to be told to submit a ticket and list items you had before the removal. Be honest since they have records of your items. If its possible for them to un-delete your house and remove the items and put them back into your account or however they would do it with code, then they are responsible for the crown items at least. It just looks really bad that you put so much into it, felt so passionate about it you invested so heavily in it, then you wanted a refund, and expected to keep it, its just a head scratcher.
i truly get how upsetting that would be. i just don't understand why you would do all that after they refunded your crowns for the house without checking. What changed that before-you wanted a refund, apparently because you didn't want to do anything with it; then when they refunded your crowns-you spent more gold and real money on it? I'm not trying to be condescending. it just doesn't make sense that you would do that or that you would expect them to go through everything sorting out what is what before eliminating that instance of the house. I'm sure they assumed that if you asked for a refund and got it-that you didn't invest anymore in it. It does suck badly though

That sucks. Yeah, if the house hadn't disappeared after a certain amount of time, I would have assumed they weren't going to delete it, too. I would have waited a week to be sure, because I'm paranoid.
I'm kind of afraid of keeping my crown crate pets in my house, in case they should disappear. (Probably won't happen, but ...) With the few pets I've bought in the crown store, I can prove I bought them, but with the crown crate animals, all I can prove is that I bought crates, not that I won that particular pet when I opened the crates. If one of those disappeared forever, I'd be screwed.

You are in a predicament for sure . Best to say exactly what occurred in the support ticket with an exact accounting of all items that were apart of the crown refund and wait for answers .
