I remember back in 2014 Rich talked about how they were going to fix the Problems with grouping by allowing players to Sync to their group leaders phase when in Questing zones etc.

Well... It's been three years. And you still turn invisible to group members if you have finished a quest that they haven't.

It was seen as a major issue at launch causing many reviewers to dislike it such as people like 'Angry Joe' so you should probably get it fixed, as if you have a large influx of new players when Morrowind comes out a lot of people are gonna be annoyed about it.

I know a lot of people won't really care about this, but my friend recently got the game and I realized that I would have to start a new character in order to do any quests with him. There is no excuse for this and it's just plain lazy that it hasn't been fixed yet.

Good point about morrowind who will bring this issue up again, now its not so important but lots will start new characters with morrowind.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

To be fair it's been 2 years and 11 months since launch. 3 years is an eternity while 2 years 11 months just seems like forever.

But, yes, even got worse in 2016.

Not to mention the fact that only around 10% of the quests in the game share progress if you do something. It's just lazy the fact that almost no quests share progression, especially if your group leader does something.

In quests you can't work together to achieve anything and this really spoils the experience as the writing and quests and stories are mostly quite good.

    Hahaha it's called One Tamriel
(No it's not but just saying)

I'll say this tho. After playing the Ghost Recon Wildlands beta, their world and 4 player max is what should be how this game works in a 200-500 player max because of guilds.

So in essence towns could have a UI lobby cause that's what we use it for anyways and we group up and get phase and stay happy.

It would be very different from Wildlands but you get the idea I Hope

I'm all for fixing the phasing issue but I definitely say a strong "No" to having anything to do with lobbies. It would ruin the immersion and the feel of one continuous world (which I know we already don't have but this lobby idea would make it feel so much worse).
