If you do a search (i know, i know, who has time for that?) you'll find some very interesting builds around charged weapons.sneakymitchell wrote: »The most useless trait to have for end game is charged. Why even it exists? I don't know? U got a lot of emental effects already happening when u do a rotation on ur DPS. I just can't figure out if anyone uses it?
There's certainly plenty of well-fitted builds - look at the CP passives. Consider the bonuses from Crusader and Draugr and what that'll do to a zergball.
Charged does have one single interesting possibility which someone on the forums pointed out to me - it causes axe bleed to always proc.
Whereas prosperous is simply an insult and masochistic joke.

The elemental status effect Chilled now applies Minor Maim to enemies instead of snaring them.
The elemental status effect Concussed now applies Minor Vulnerability to enemies instead of Minor Maim.
Charged would allow a lightning staff user to proc Minor Vulnerability (8% more damage taken) on a taget more often, and have more up-time.
I don't see what uses. On google it says "Reduces Cost of Sprinting." Yet in game is says "Reduces cost of roll dodging." I really don't see it outperforming Divines, Inpen or even Infused unless you just want to roll around the game like a ball all day.
7 piece Well Fitted with 100 points into Tumbling, now I have to try it for funsies.

So let's just say a stam sorc running the stormfist and also running an axe with charge and the other dagger sharpened. And they use that charged to apply bleed and the aoe shock status effect to proc even more? But it's that it? There has got to be more if not that is a rare thing to see if a stam sorc is running that.
All I see is meta around the forums I'm making a DPS build that ain't in the meta it's making a DPS build on stam DK with ravager and hundings with the side of kreagh to come with it. I do 19k DPS on the test dummy but I'm on Xbox. And I ask my guild mates their DPS sometimes 20k to 24k DPS. Well u think the 30 fps has to do something with how much DPS is going. If you do a search (i know, i know, who has time for that?) you'll find some very interesting builds around charged weapons.sneakymitchell wrote: »The most useless trait to have for end game is charged. In short, anyone complaining that charged is useless hasn't done their homework ...

There are what....at most 5 traits ppl use
They need to delete 4 and just leave them deleted and re-align crafting and research. Heck I'd rather they have trash that sales higher or that gives more deconstruction exp as real traits not just drop traits

like everytime when pick a carrot from the garden and it's u picked it up and it's bad it or already been eaten. And u got to find the right carrot to use for ur meal in which case set up.Does every endgame PvE DPS player think the world revolves around them?
Also, it's standard practise in MMOs to have less optimal choices in RNG. If everything was viable in the game it would mean whenever we get something we win, and that's a bad way to keep people hooked. Elusive = longevity, and even though it annoys us we'll keep trying to catch that carrot just ahead.
