Critic chance % bugged in Cyrodiil

When i port to Cyrodiil my critic chance % gets a 30% cut , doesent matter what character or if its a stamina or a magic one . Once i exit Cyrodiil to any pve area the critic chance % is back to normal.

Your cp, therefor the critical strike passive, is not active in cyrodiil this week.
