I'm sure there is! We know there's several new styles coming. But that's as much as we know right now.

There has been with all other new content so I would think/hope so.

Probably, but it'd be nice to be able to gold a set and use it for a bit before something else snags my interest. There's already so many sets in this game (not a bad thing). I'd rather they revamped a few bad ones.

Hopefully the new BiS sets are going to be craftable.

Eh.... I don't know how I feel about that. It'd make dropped sets totally useless.

true enough. As long as crafted doesn't completely waste your time that's fine by me.

According to @ZOS_RichLambert the new Trial in Morrowind is supposed to be "pain".

Therefore, I would guess the new trial set gear to be competitive as well.

Assuming that Morrowind introduces new BiS gear, wouldn't you rather just be able to craft/get someone else to craft it for you? It sure beats running an existing dungeon 50+ times to get whatever new set drops there now (since Morrowind won't launch with any new dungeons, new sets will be dropped from old dungeons).

If they do overland sets, that's cool too since you can just buy those from other players.

Not necessarily. I'd think that Morrowind would have 3 crafted sets, 3 overland sets, 4 trial sets, and maybe 3 delve sets. The only alteration to this would be to include even more sets through these same means due to the size of Vvardenfell, though it's unlikely.

BiS gear honestly should be a bit grindy to get. Crafted gear should be very close, but allowing actual BiS gear to be craftable (absolutely zero work and thus free for everyone immediately) simply eliminates the need for any dropped sets. That cannot be good for the game when set pieces other than the BiS no longer sell on the market too.

Ideally Crafted Sets would be close (which Julianos is, and TBS used to be) while Dropped Sets are BiS, although a system should be implemented to speed up Dropped Set gear grinds.

This is all my opinion on the matter at least :)
