✭As a nord, with my personal tops showing 90k on the dot without yellow gear, including two blue jewels id say that close to 100k is possible. Now that is situational. In pvp, with warhorn up and ayleid well. I was missing the imperial 3%, yellow gear/ enchants, green health food (gives the most) ebon armory fove piece bonus from a group mate. Yeah...atLEAST 95k right there.0 -

✭Problem with that much health is that you will severely lack regen. You would only be able to pull off like 1600ish maybe a tid bit more, not including magick steal and channeled focus. I can run 85k with ayleid well and 2400 regen. So my 85k will last a boat load longer than your 95k imperial XD.
But yeah the shield strength is roughly 18k fully buffed. Its so strong that for some reason in PvE the damage for me is capped at 12k hits, i get the same amount of crit damage as a regular hit in PvE. In PvP i have hit players for over 16k...0 -

✭I gave up on PvP a long time ago.. but PvEing (on PS4) close to a year now, I believe I saw a few in their 40k something, but don't recall ever seeing anyone in the 50k. Although, I have heard certain few boasting they have a tank in the 60k. With the Plaque Doctor set, I'm sure someone can get up to the higher 40 or 50k, if they play around with it. However, it would probably be utterly useless, and anything over 40k would just be for show. I'm sure stamina, weapon or spell damages are fairly in the low end.0 -

Depends on the build... on my BlazPlar I've 60k health (PvE) and I can tank any dungeon, (90%~ of which without a healer). Haven't attempted trials yet.0 -

60-70k or so is fairly common in Cyrodiil on PC NA. It is a specific build where damage scales on your max health stat for blazing shield.
