Looking for Housing Guild? Those exist yet?

I may be way ahead of my time here with housing being so new but I foresee a great franchise and housing guilds becoming a "thing". I'm looking to join a housing guild. A guild based on touring each others' houses, trade and sale of furniture recipes exclusively, creative input/collaboration, constructive feedback (both player to player and player to developer), etc. etc. A community pushing for housing development and fellow enthusiasts. I'm fine with a guild that throws in PVE/Social aspect (in fact that is great). If such a guild exists, let me know!
