Housing and the ability to store items for yourself or for a guild

Hi
I am thinking of buying a larger property but I cant see the point if I cant store items there for myself or for members of my guild, will this be possible soon.
In the kitchen areas storage of foods etc. chests to hold cloths weapons etc.
Please advise as these properties are not cheap and are worthless without being able to do these things with also the advantage to have guild meetings.
If you have a big guild which ours is growing you will need to be able to let more than 24 members in this is a fair question too.
