Alvur Baron's bench and no wayshrine on compass.

If I mistakenly sit on the bench Alvur Baron is sitting on in the mages guild (in mournhold on the xbox one na server) getting up from the bench is not possible, lots of visual glitches with no actual result each time I try to get up, ended up having to recall to wayshrine. Randomly when I enter a zone the wayshrines will not show on my compass, if I use a wayshrine to port somewhere else in the same zone they will usually reappear on my compass. Did not see either of these mentioned elsewhere my apologies if these have already been addressed.
