Weekend Console Server Problems

Hey everyone, just a quick note to explain the outages we had over the weekend and how today’s maintenance is fixing those problems. Basically, since Update 13 launched, we had a server problem on the console servers that lay essentially dormant until last Thursday – but it then caused each console megaserver to crash over the weekend (NA Xbox twice). We found and fixed the problem over the weekend, but need to take the console megaservers down to install it. Our apologies for the outages, and we’ll keep monitoring closely to make sure that all is well.
The maintenance to fix this issue will happen around 2pm EST today (Feb. 27). Please watch the Maintenance Announcements forum area for the post.
