Merethic Restorative Resin Not Working?

I bought two Merethic Restorative Resins last night (separately) with 165 glass motif fragments in my inventory. I consumed the resin but none of the glass motifs were consumed and I did not receive a Glass Motif chapter. Sadly, my 20K gold remains spent. Will be filing a ticket as well, but had to wait for the maintenance to be completed.
