Can't log back in to character after a crash in cyrodiil

About 80% of the time when I crash in cyrodiil to whatever it may be I am unable to sign back in to that character. I get an infinite loading screen when trying to sign back in and then if I close the loading screen to sign back in I get the "this account is already logged in" error message.
This is on xb1 and after crash I have no problem signing into other characters only on the one that crashed.
