Deconstruct bound furniture

Hi ZOS. Can we please have a system put in place that allows us to deconstruct bound furniture items? I've bought a furnished house expecting to be able to do this with unwanted pieces and although I love the gear I got with it I'd like to get rid of some of it to make room for other items. I can understand why we can't sell them but id like something back from removing them as I did pay for the extra items.

I would like to see Dark Brotherhood furniture losing the bound on pickup function.
What am I suppose to do with all that poisoned blood?!

But regarding the crown store furniture being bound; I guess that is here to prevent "money to gold" conversion. You know, buy crowns then buy furniture then sell it for gold.

Edit: the deconstruction part should be ok. For now you can only destroy it.

Yup, big no no to selling which is why I'm asking if we can deconstruct.

And I'd give anything for even a chance of getting extra furniture materials so deconstruction would be amazing!
I mean, 6 heartwood for a mug, 6 heartwood for a table... Tamriel must be a place where they make 1 toothpick out of 1 tree. -.-

So I'd like a deconstruct feature but I'd also like to sale back crown furniture.

I purchased a small furnished home and use most of the items but like bread and some other randoms I'd like to sale back for the crowns it shows in the menu.

Nothing huge but if we add deconstruct, I'd imagine it may align with crown furniture so I'd like options of crowns vs materials is all
