I think I got a precise resto staff on my first completion (was before the crap traitz were introduced in there).

I have deconned around 10 sharpened daggers / axes thus far, and 3-4 sharpened bows.

Still no sharp inferno/lightning staff tho.

Sharpened bow/defending resto during the double event with Wrothgar. Otherwise, I've done one other clear since I started trying again after getting a little burnt out on PvP. One clear under my belt since and it was an underwhelming 1h.

Precise Resto Staff was my first drop.
Sharpened Maul was my second
Defending Maul was my third
Powered Greatsword was my fourth
etc ...

I'm good at looting 2 handers apparently, really awful at looting destro staffs

From what im seeing, more often then not people have completed VMA. Looks like the people who say it should be nerfed "to satisfy the 99%" are mistaken

@Qbiken Thanks! I actually have already done it a second time, and wow it was so much quicker and easier

Still pretty crazy though, but at least I can do it in one sitting now if I ever go back for a third attempt.
As for no animation cancel, I haven't learned how to do it properly yet, that's why

Polls like this are going to be heavily skewed ...

1. people that frequent this type of forum will in general tend towards being the less casual players, and therefore as a whole represent a population that is more likely to have completed the higher end content.

2. people that completed VMA are more likely to enter a topic whose title asks "have you completed VMA" ... and certainly more likely to vote, than those who have not.

Got a sharpened Maul my second run. Got a precise bow my 4th run ... 7 runs or so now, I have yet to see a single destro staff, let alone a sharpened one.

Stage 9 last boss took all the energy of me. But after defeating him second time, I realized how easy it is. It's a boring rutine now and doing it on the first pull.
Stage 7 still surprises me even after countless runs. It's full of RNG and you can't do anything about it. From poison plant spawning under blue bubble to boss doing IK if he fires an attack before being enraged but during the attack you kill the mage.

Completed it on a DW/resto magplar.

My first and best drop was Decisive Resto. RNG gods did not bless me.
