Champion level loot on a lowbie.
I did the Green Hall Dolmen by Elden Root Shrine (The one near the shrine north of the city) and received a chest piece, from the chest, that had a Level 50/Champion Level 10 requirement. I was on a level 10 character, and grouped with one other level 10 character.
