Fur throne?

So, I recently got a house (Daggerfall Overlook) and have been poking around trying to choose the furniture I want. I saw there is a Fur throne, but couldn't find out where it drops. Is it just random RNG anywhere, anyone know?

Also, I assume racial styles are tied closely to zones where that race is prominent? (I.E. Breton is Glenumbra/Stormhaven)
