ZOS, Can we Please get a Response on the Error 304 causing Multiple Server Downtime

This apparently is not a normal bug or issue while playing the game. This issue is causing the server to go down, requiring a reset/maintenance. Which takes the server offline for at least two hours. Can we get please get some kind of response on the issue and what is being down to resolve the issue. We get no response or information other than the bright red message at the top of the forums stating "In response to the ongoing issue, the North American Xbox One megaserver is currently unavailable while we perform maintenance.".
The players cannot understand two shutdowns to "perform maintenance's" in less than 24 hours. Please let us know something on this issue .......
