Down for maintenance with no NOTIFICATIONS!

Ok this is starting to get a annoying. This is two times in one week that the PS4 servers have been brought down with no maintenance notice and no notification on when or why they are being brought down. Not even in the maintenance forums. Why have a maintenance forum if your not going to update it????
Also with this going down for a second time this week, how are you going to guarantee that it wont happen again? Some of us pay for ESO+ but yet we are not able to play which means we are not getting what we paid for!!!!
