ive deleted the mail long ago with the letter for pledges, cannot submit a help to customer service coz it tells me to go to the quest and press "get help", so how can i get the letter again?

MAEK✭✭✭✭I'm pretty sure you can't delete mails that has items in them. Have you checked your inventory for the letter? Or maybe your quest journal?1
