Heavy attacks from resto/lightning staves are causing a "jerk" movement from characters. This makes heavy attacks to pull back magicka impossible.
Swallow soul for NB is having the same issue at times - and you can't hit items like "Focus Points" in craglorn with this move, as well as other moves too.
Breath of Life has no animation and no effect - but the magicka is being taken regardless - just like above.
Arrow Spray same issue.
There are a few others too - but it is making it very difficult to play.
