How to get zone set shields

I have been trying to get a shield from the zone set in shadow fen, I have done World Bosses dozens of times and the Public Dungeon as well as delves, yet no dice on the shield.
I wanted to know if there is a particular place to grind for getting a shield from a zone set

Most of the shields and sharpened weapons I finds are in treasure chests. It'll help if you put enough CP to unlock the passive that gives better loot from chests. It increases the likelihood of receiving a set item.

Shields count as a weapon slot, they will drop from public dungeon bosses or world bosses.

Public dungeon bosses will be your best bet. Look up where all of them spawn, and run a continuous circuit.
