I work hard. I enjoy being able to spend my weekends and nights after work here with you guys on ESO.

I am getting to the point that I'm considering moving on.. Why do I continuously pay for a game that's arguably not getting any better?

I realise that errors happen. I realise that a growing game is basically like growing a living thing. Any thing extra could throw off the delicate balance.. And I don't want to support you not providing new content.. Because we need to grow.. But you have to start learning from mistakes and progressing. In the past year... ESO, arguably, has not progressed. Instead of fixing errors, you throw on a bandaid then quit it and forget it? Why haven't you been working overtime watching for this issue? Why haven't we already recieved a patch to fix this issue.

Hey, also, try pushing a damn patch through in the middle of the work/school day. That way your precious kiddies aren't affected and us late nighters can still pay our game.

Hey... Also... Staff some dang people around the clock to answer support calls and emails. You've got 4 or 5 mega servers? You need to have active GMs in the game constantly so if a server decides to fail... You can get to work instantly.

I just feel like you could do so much better.. Especially here it is the first weekend since the big update and your allowing your servers to kick and tick off players... Players that are spending money on your joke houses that you can't even store loot in... C'mon guys...

They need to invest in performance, i honestly dont believe they are. And they may not have the option to go ahead and invest in performance issues but Morrowind has a chance to bring a lot of players back and they cant blow it by performance issues. I dont care if they shut the game down for a week, 2 weeks or even a month if they could have a better performing game. They have a ferrari with an engine that wont start half the time or breaks down all the time. It doesnt matter how good your game is if it constantly lags and wont let you log in.

Can even log in. Just finished GR Wildlands but I've been loading in after the character select for literally minutes.

This was not an issue for PC on PST or live. They need a PST Server for each console. This way issues like this can be resolved before live. This issue once resolved will take a couple weeks before it goes live .....

Maybe you are right, i have played on PC, PS4 and just came back a month ago on Xbox. So i have experienced all platforms, i love so much about the game but i quit on PS4 last June due to lag in Cyrodiil. I switched from PS4 to Xbox and then came back. The game has incredible content and Cyrodiil has amazing potential if they fix the performance. Tons of PVE content. Crap they have so much going for it except performance. Its like dating a 10 that is so fun to be around but goes psycho on you here and there lol.

The notice on the forums was posted around 11.50p EST. They are still online and have not been reset yet .....

I was having fun playing then the game said they had to do maintenance... I don't see what was so urgent they have to interrupt a Saturday night ... was anyone having issues?

They gave us a 10 and 5 minute warning ... I'm guessing they took it down? I logged after the 5 so I wouldn't just crash and lose progress...

This is a sign from god that they should have made craftable in-world housing on buildable lots instead of instanced housing crap :0)

Maybe ZOS will give a heads up this time. Earlier when EU server was brought down, they never kept people up to date, and it was down 2 hours.
So, don't stay up waiting on them.
