How about furniture display shops and sales by NPCs?

It would be nice if there are furniture stores just like grocery stores that NPCs operate, that displays furnitures and sells them.
For example, I displayed all my paintings on the wall and invited all my guilds to come to my fire sale, anything they like I just take it down and traded. Good crowds and quick sales.

There's a difference between what you see and what's in the menu pictures, size and interaction wise.

Good thinking, basically a guild trader with a flare.

Space is the first issue, space in the game. Homes cannot be used since once we place something it is not bound. Even if this was done within guild traders, it would still take up more space than a single NPC standing next to a cart.

A preview within the guild store would be nice. Same with armor, weapons and motifs, we should be able to preview them.

Space shouldn't be an issue imo, use any of those locked houses within the world to turn it into IKEA. So we can walk in and shop.
Open homes by individuals are fine too, buy the furniture on the spot by trading on the spot, you then craft more.
