Trouble logging into NA server from overseas?

Just having this problem now, was working fine last night. Im in SE Asia playing on NA cause thats where I started and where Im from. Launcher is useless, cant repair either, just get the patchupdate fail message. Launched game directly without using launcher which works, but then I just get error 200 everytime I try to login, so Im assuming it must be something weird going on in the connection to the servers.
