Hey everyone,
So I'm leveling my first character in eso, stam NB. Just curious what people's thoughts are in terms of focusing on crits or on weapon damage. I know crits are great for PvE DPS but I kind of want to make my NB ready for PvP and I've heard that most high end characters have a lot of crit resistance. What are your thoughts?
