Keep crashing on launch. Goes to black screen and then gives me a error prompt. I've tried repairing the game a few things like changing parts in the user settings. Anyone know how to fix this?:/

Rckyrccn381_ESOSoul ShrivenReinstalled. Same issue I've tried adjusting the resolution of the game through the settings file and I've also tried the stuff that was mentioned on https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/928118#Comment_928118 Anyone got any ideas whats going on? How can I play? I'm on a laptop and I'll link my dxdiag file dunno if that'll help at all.0

Rckyrccn381_ESOSoul ShrivenFixed if you're running a laptop and have 2 driver one intel and one nvidia update the intel one manually and it should fix the issue it did for me
