Activity Finder requeueing when finished dungeon

So the new queue system is ok I guess. I have a problem with it though. If you get into a dungeon and fully finish it, then leave the group I am finding it ends up re-queueing you for the same dungeon that you just completed.
Then if you say your not ready it constantly pops the notification and you cant get rid of it. Only way to fix this is logging out and back in.
