Xbox dungeon queuing not working properly

My group queued for a dungeon and we completed the first one. After completion we can't re-queue for any dungeons. We accept the new dungeon with ready check and then it immediately says the activity is complete. This will happen over and over no matter how many we do. We all exit the group and reform a new one and then accept the ready check. Upon accepting this ready check it loads everyone into the dungeon and then immediately says removing from area and returns us to out last positions. That procs the 14min queue cooldown and then rinse and repeat. This is fairly frustrating.

Group finder is awful in every aspect and the cool down is silly hopefully they sort this mess out0
