Honestly there's a reason they are kicking you. Hybrids don't work in pve. If you want to play around with one stick to solo play or normal dungeons. Hybrids have no place in any sort of "serious" pve content such as vet dungeons or trials.

Great example of what I posed earlier here. A strong player or a couple of them would not be concerned about the hybrid except for the DLC dungeons. They could carry them easily.
Granted, Hybrids are not very good, but still, one decent dps could carry them easily.

Can you propose how the game tells which one is the prick - the one doing the kicking or the one being kicked?Been seeing a lot of complaints about this. You should never be receiving a penalty timer at another player's discretion. I can see it happening if you get auto kicked by the game for being afk, or if you quit out of a dungeon for some reason, but it should never be possible for another player to lock you out of the activity finder because they want to act like a prick.

Sorry dude, if you don't like hybrid builds in dungeons, stay away from group finder. I choose to run a self sustaining characters because I use group finder and it is easier to capable of looking after myself than relying on others.Oakmontowls_ESO wrote: »Jemcrystal wrote: »I don't do dungeons. LOL, there is a reason they do not form guilds. The find out just how bad they are running with people of their own kind. Those that are kicking other players are merely looking for players to carry them.

If I am using group finder for dungeons on my DPS, I know I might get a rubbish healer or a pretend tank. If I queue on my healer or tank I know I might get rubbish DPS. I want to be prepared in these situations to carry on and complete the dungeon rather than kick people and wait for replacements just because they do not fulfill my expectations.
Anyone who wants to be picky about who they run with or what build others have should get away from group finder.
EDIT: There are very few Vet dungeons that I would consider serious PVE content, most can be completed with less than 4 people.

I'm curious about this because I just had a dungeon where the person who queued as healer only panicked heal. As in the tank is almost dead and I'm sitting there on my baby sorc spamming my clannfer heal to keep me alive and the twilight matriarch's heal trying to keep the tank and someone else alive on top of trying to dps the mobs/boss/etc down. Meanwhile the healer is busy dpsing away. So was the tank, the other dps and I looking for a carry when we kicked the healer who made it feel like they decided to skip the long queue for dps and queued as a healer to circumvent it thinking, lol everyone has self heals anyway? Some kicks are legit. How often they happen just depends on the people you run with. If you are seeing that many kicks happen from people that just want a carry, say freaking no to it. Not that hard to do.

Dude i got kicked on a normal dungeon before even the first pull. It was normal Spindle and others in the group had CP but i didnt, i switched platforms but i know wtf i am doing, played since PC beta. I barely had enough time to do one dungeon run that night and them kicking me caused me not to have enough time to try and get group again and run it. Because of the BS system.

read my second post also it is kind of selfish of them to want to not pull their weight in a dungeon by gimping themselves with a hybrid build. Yes it is possible to compensate for subpar playstyles but why should this be the responsibility of the people that know how to play the game. Basically these "elitist" players have every right to expect other people to pull their own weight in a dungeon. This being said I am still going to continue to not kick people unless necessary but you really can't get mad at people kicking people because they are gimping themselves with hybrid builds.flguy147ub17_ESO wrote: »Oakmontowls_ESO wrote: »Jemcrystal wrote: »I don't do dungeons. Those people are honestly idiots to kick you from a normal dungeon like that. They are soloable with minimal difficulty.
