aside from the dungeon trophy what other things can you get from question or traveling to place in your houses can u find crafting table recipes or are the y crwon store exclusives? delves or public dungeons drop anything?

You need to get and do master writs to buy crafting tables in game, with writ vouchers (what you get from master writs) you can also purchase the plan for the target dummies and some other cool stuff. I have a video guide on Master Writs here if you're interested.

The shadowy supplier (DB) has a special furnishing that you can get from picking up from it.

Fishing can get you some furnishings.
