According to various sources from the press conference, it was said that if you do the Morrowind tutorial, the main story starts before you're executed by mannimarco so I'm guessing they're adding your execution to the story line0 -
Inhuman003✭✭✭✭✭I hope so too but this isn't about perfection people are going to nick pick something about the expansion no matter what. It doesn't even matter if it's a little issue or a big issue about Morrowind always going to be a no-win situation.
