anyone else have problem on ps4 after the patch?

before the patch , I am able to do the quest and kill most of mobs around the quest .

after the patch , i can't even kill the same mob and the combat is not even closed. Seems like I get 4 to 5 shot and I am dead. Which is weird, because 3 days ago I am able to take on same mob without any problem..

anyone else have same experience that I am experiencing ? I play on ps4

    Same problem. North America server. All my stats seem to have diminished by a third (15k health to 5k). And my ability damage went down to nearly a fourth of what they were.

    okay I am glad i am not only one experiencing. I am only lvl 11 and really enjoy the game. So hope zen. fix it soon

    Not sure if this the same issue that effected PC - @ZOS_GinaBruno

    Would suggest put detail of which ps4 you are and also recommend raising a ticket so they can see how many effected.
