Nerfing of Monster Sets

To whom it may concern,
Changes in the recent patch to all monster sets has made them completely worthless for PVE. No critical procs. For my stamsorc this is devastating. Why would you do this? I can understand not wanting those procs in PVP. So why not make it so the sets only proc in PVE only? I have invested 100s of hours into this game plus pay $15/month to subscribe. My gameplay will be seriously gimped with this change. This is no way to treat customers. If this is not corrected I will seriously consider canceling my subscription and find another xbox one game to play.
PS. The housing addition sucks. What's the point of having a house if you cant store your stuff in it? Closets, basements... like in real life??? If I wanted to be an interior decorator I would have gone to school for it.
