Master writ reward 0 vouchers

As an fyi i got a blacksmithing voucher yesterday for yokudan greaves. It was my first writ but i noticed the reward said 0 vouchers. I thought this was just because i hadnt done it yet. Today i got 2 new vouchers and saw the vouchers listed and realized the one yesterday was not right.
Dont have any screenshots or anything and honestly could care less about master writs but thiught id share for those that do care.

They seem unbalanced too, i had a legendary pauldron orgnum's scales for 23 vouchers, today a legendary epaulet oblivion's foe set for 63. Both 8 trait sets.
