Xbox One - unable to leave queue after entering

As of the 2/21/17 update consistently on three different characters right after I enter a queue, I'm unable to leave the queue after selecting a random dungeon.
I have to log out in order to leave the queue and this applies to random normal and random veteran dungeon queues for the roles of DPS or Healer

terry2040✭✭✭Same here for PS4. When initially queue up without leaving that UI window, Leave Queue option is there. As soon as we leave that UI window then go back in, Leave Queue option is gone.2
