Necropotence in vMA

When I go into vMA with my pet sorc build the 5 piece necro doesn't seem to activate yet when I'm in cyrodiil it does.

Anyone else had similar issues?

it sometimes bug out; go inventory, remove one part and put it back on. this method worked for me so far to apply the 5pc bonus again
