    Eventually the price of the expansion will go on sale and those who are willing to wait for a deal would beneft then.

    It won't go on sale until next year at least, when the new 2018 chapter comes out. (Ok, maybe a modest 25% off sale during Christmas, but that's the best you could hope for.)
