Thanks, I need to add that today. I was going to make an optional patch for the major/minor buff replacements. I'll make that my first priority today, PM you in a little bit when its ready.
Patch to revert to old style icons for Major and Minor buffs and debuffs is now available: https://puu.sh/ugsXY.zip
Extract and replace effects.lua in LuiExtended\modules.
