One of the quest objective is to kill Lamazakha. The NPC seems to be spawned behind a wall where there is no way to get to them.

Actually you can get there, its where she always seems to spawn for me, directly above you and to your right is a hole in the wall covered in vines, you can only get to it from the second level of the room you're in. its a secret room like the hidden passages in the traders cove and smuggler's tunnels.1
