Anchor rewards

Hey I had a question;
I completed an anchor yesterday and got a purple reward.
I completed the same anchor today, twice, and got green rewards.

Is the quality of the reward RNG, or how exactly?
Will I ever get a purple drop from doing the same anchor?

    Anchors drops jewellery from the zones set, the quality (colour) of these is RNG based with purple being the rarest.

    You can get purple again from the same anchor it's just a dice roll with every chest you open.
