Wood Elf Nightblade seeking build help!!!

Sorin_Hellsing
I just started a Nightblade alt, and my friend who is lvling a nightblade is doing a Mag Blade. As I am lvling mine and reading the morphs and my racials, it seems to me Nightblade mostly is meant for stam builds? Is that wrong?

I want to do Duel Wield weps, daggers. I dont care for much of those abilities, I do like flurry though.

I prefer to use the class abilities but I dont wanna be Magicka focused, cuz I feel id benefit much more from Medium armor passives, especially with my race

Any build suggestions or any class tips be much appreciated!

    Howdy;

    If you morph the first two dual wield skills with the blood option you can likely heal enough without using the siphoning line.

    In this instance you do want to concentrate on stamina. IIRC some skills can change from magicka to stamina usage which would help your damage.

    If you do a fair amount of soloing you want to get the Agony spell in the Siphoning tree as it effectively takes one creature out of action for thirty seconds.

    Concerning Medium armor I suggest you wear one-two heavy armor pieces in case you need the heavy armor skills later in the game.

    The playstyle should focus on killing the mobs so quickly they cant even touch you. So quick and deadly combos is the way to go. In the long run go for a 2H back bar which has a healing ability unlocked at skill level 38.
    There are two skills in the DW skill line that heals you. A morph of the slashes and a morph of flurry. Go full stamina and "heal through damage".

    There are bunch of abilities that switch from mag to stamina after you morph them.

    For example Vieled strike becomes the staple stamina ability Suprise attack. Also the ability Grim resolve becomes the best buff you have in Relentless Focus.

    The best stamina heal is called Vigor and you have to play Cyrodil PVP campaigns to get it. I strongly suggest you get it though its very good particularly on Wood elves.

    Here is Delira's video on Stam DPS in general though.
