Crashes in the morning, crashes in the evening, crashes at suppertime

Both my wife and my games crash all the time - PC / NA.
We have different PCs - MSI Gaming Laptop with 765M and Alienware R3 with 980m. Drivers are up to date but we crash all the time, doing anything and everything... zoning, opening bank/store, or just sitting idle it's even crashed.
Please... any suggestions or fixes?
